Based in the north west of England, cheldi jewellery began trading in 2008 when 2 very good friends, Jane Mack and Diane Barlow discovered their mutual love of jewellery. Jane had been making quality unique designed semi precious stone jewellery items for many years usually as gifts for friends and family, or after receiving requests from friends for a quality unique piece of jewellery to be made. Diane on the other hand, had been online trading in cosmetics for over 3 years. It seemed the sensible thing to do would be to combine our knowledge AND our love of jewellery hence www.cheldijewellery.co.uk was formed.

 Jane and Diane spent many hours, indeed months "playing" with many different types of beads and findings, sourcing only the best quality stock. Something very important to cheldi jewellery, is delivering quality products to our customers.

Our customer service is very important to us. We aim to answer all queries the same day as received. We also aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hrs of cleared payment (excluding public holidays and weekends) Orders are processed as soon as cheldijewellery are notified of the sale, and dispatched by The Royal Mail first class delivery, either the same or very next day.

All our items (except earrings for hygiene reasons) are covered by our 7 day return guarantee. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind just post the item in its original packaging back to us to receive a full refund (if items are returned for any other reason than damaged stock returns postage costs are to be met by the purchaser)
